.3 oz Fresh lemon
2 Coins of cucumber
.25 oz House-made simple syrup
.5 oz Crème de Violette
.5 o Hendrick's gin
Prosecco to top
Muddle cucumber with lemon and syrup in shaker.
Add gin and CdV. Shake well over ice, double strain into flute, top with Prosecco.
Peel twist of cucumber, express oils and drop into glass.
