About this Cocktail

Based on Orange Bitters from page 72 of Bitters: a spirited history of a classic cure-all, with cocktails, recipes, and formulas by Brad Thomas Parsons

Ingredients:
  • Zest of 6 mandarin oranges cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup Chinese preserved orange peel
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups grain alcohol
Preparation:

Infuse for 6 - 24 weeks.
Filter and store.
Fill a small shaker Boston Round bottle for bar use
