About this Cocktail
This is reportedly the ratio used at Death & Co. in NYC and at Anvil here in Houston.
2 1/4 oz rye whiskey (Michter's US-1)
3/4 oz sweet vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
2 ds Angostura bitters
Brandied cherry garnish
Stir all ingredients over cracked ice and strain to a chilled coupe. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
