The margarita is a cocktail consisting of tequila, triple sec and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the rim of the glass.
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz Patron Citronage
1/8 tspn agave nectar (or to taste)
2 oz Hornitos silver tequila
1 lime slice
Combine lime juice, Citronage, agave nectar and tequila in pint glass with ice. Stir. Use spent lime husk to moisten glass. Apply salt to rim of glass. Add ice to glass and strain drink into glass. Add lime slice for garnish. Top with soda water to lighten cocktail if desired.
