About this Cocktail
This cocktail was created by San Francisco's Todd Smith and was one of his original cocktails from the opening menu at Bourbon & Branch. An unbelievably tasty variation on the classic whiskey sour.

2 oz Willett Pot Still Reserve
1 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Honey syrup
.5 oz Egg White
Bar Spoon Orange Marmalade
2-4 Dashes Orange bitters
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey, marmalade, and egg white into a shaker and dry shake. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Orange twist.
