About this Cocktail
Original for Trattoria Piatto, Carlisle PA
1 half bar spoon of local Apricot jam
.5 oz Aperol
1.5 oz Cocchi Americano
1 Orange peel
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously till shaker is well frosted. Strain over fresh ice in lowball, garnish orange peel.
