About this Cocktail

My take on a classic. Found on the back of my tiki 'business' card.

Ingredients:
  • 1oz Martinique Rum
  • 1oz Jamaican Rum
  • Juice from 1/2 a fresh lime, shell reserved
  • 1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
  • 1/4 oz Rock Candy Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with crushed ice & strain into old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with spent lime shell, a sprig of mint, and a short straw.
