Yankee Julep or Mint Julep? Rye or Bourbon? High West's Son of Bourye gives you that delicate balance of both. Like a division between the North and the South.

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 oz High West Son of Bourye
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • sugar cube
  • 7-10 mint leaves
Preparation:

Muddle all ingredients in bottom of glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into julep cup filled with crushed ice. Top off with more crushed ice. Garnish with extra mint leaves.
