During my time of viewing hundreds of YouTube videos I came across this one that originated at “Tiki-ti”, the long-standing tiki bar in Los Angeles, by Ray Buhen. More recently, I’ve seen Ebby make this & that’s all I needed to push me to make one of my own.
3oz Tanquerey Gin
3 oz Lemon/Lime Soda
1 1/2 Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
3/4 oz Honey Syrup
1 1/2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in full (EXCEPT the lemon/lime soda where you will only add ONE of the 3 ounces).
Add a meager amount of pebble ice in advance of a very light whip shake.Whip shake until the ice in tin is all but dissolved.
Empty shaker into a chilled large glass already 3/4 filled filled with pebble ice and SurfSideSips bamboo glass straw.
