Menthe-Rye Cobbler

About this Cocktail

A boozy fruit sallad for hot afternoons.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz rye
  • 1/2 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille
  • 1 lemon, lime and orange wedge
  • 6 raspberries
  • 1/2 oz simple
  • Fresh mint
Preparation:

In a shaker, muddle all the fruit with the simple syrup. Add rye and Menthe Pastille. Shake with cracked ice. Dump, don't strain, into a wine glass. Decorate with fresh mint.
