About this Cocktail
A boozy fruit sallad for hot afternoons.
2 oz rye
1/2 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille
1 lemon, lime and orange wedge
1/2 oz simple
In a shaker, muddle all the fruit with the simple syrup. Add rye and Menthe Pastille. Shake with cracked ice. Dump, don't strain, into a wine glass. Decorate with fresh mint.
