About this Cocktail

I bought an isi and wanted to follow Jaime Boudreaux's recipe from the small screen network for my first time using it.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • Rhubarb bitters
  • Honey St. Germain foam
  • Burnt Chartreuse
Preparation:

Add ingredients into a mixing glass, stir until properly diluted. Add foam into a chilled coupe and pour the rest of the cocktail in it. Finish with spraying the burnt chartreuse over the top for a wonderful floral note. Enjoy!
