About this Cocktail

I created this Mai Tai twist for Matador Cantina cocktail menu and it was a big success.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Anejo Tequila
  • 0.5oz Rhum Clement Creolle Shrubb
  • 0.75oz Lime
  • 0.5oz Orgeat
  • 3-4 Dashes of Bittercubes Jamaican #2 bitters
Preparation:

-Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and double fine strain over fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
-Garnish with a orange peel and a mint sprig
