I created this Mai Tai twist for Matador Cantina cocktail menu and it was a big success.
2oz Anejo Tequila
0.5oz Rhum Clement Creolle Shrubb
3-4 Dashes of Bittercubes Jamaican #2 bitters
-Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and double fine strain over fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
-Garnish with a orange peel and a mint sprig
