Created this drink at Knox Mason Fall 2014
1 1/2 oz Sombra Mezcal
1/2 oz prickly pear syrup
1 oz Knox Fruit and Berry Patch Apple cider
2 dashes smoked ghost pepper bitters
I squeezed lemon wedge
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon flare.
