About this Cocktail

Spring/Summer /2015 at Blackbird - an earthy dry approach to the predecessor of the Margarita.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5oz Mina Real Mezcal
  • .75oz Lemon
  • .50 Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
  • .25 Barrenjager
  • .25 gum syrup
  • .25 agave
  • 2 cucumber slices muddled
  • 2 dash celery bitter
  • 2 dash Orange bitters
Preparation:

Muddle cucumber in tin, add all ingredients, shake with fresh ice, fine strain into Sotol rinsed coupe. Garish with an edible flower.
