About this Cocktail

Enjoyed at nopalito last night - and my new inspiration for Coachella cocktails by the pool with the fresh grapefruit we pick from the trees.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Mezcal (del Maguey Vida)
  • 3oz fresh grapefruit
  • Splash of seltzer
  • .5 oz Cynar
  • Lime wedge
  • Grapefruit rind
Preparation:

Combine and shake w ice and serve in cocktail glass
Squeeze lime on top and garnish w grapefruit rind
(Enjoy over crushed ice for pool-time)
