About this Cocktail

I wanted to come up with a drink to make when I go down to florida to celebrate the birth of my nephew. Ended up with a tropical type drink using Ramazotti Amaro to pleasing results. Also works well swapping the amounts of orange and pineapple juice and floating a nice dark beer on top.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz blanco rum
  • 3/4 oz Ramazotti Amaro
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Angostura bitters
  • Orange slice
Preparation:

Shake all liquid ingredients but the bitters with ice. Fill a stemless wine glass with a few small ice cubes. Add an orange slice and a few more ice cubes on top. Strain into the glass and garnish with a few dashes of bitters.
