About this Cocktail

It’s said that Frank Meier, the bartender at the Ritz Paris, reportedly served the first mimosa back in 1925.

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Champagne
  • 1 part Orange juice
Preparation:

1. Combine equal parts of the ingredients in a champagne flute.

Note: Best if using cold, fresh orange juice.
