About this Cocktail
My approximation of the Mint 500 from Edinburgh's world famous cocktail bar, The Bramble.
2oz Hendricks gin
1/2oz St Germain
1/2oz pressed apple juice
1 tsp vanilla syrup
5 mint leaves
4 basil leaves
Gently muddle mint and basil with vanilla syrup in a shaker. Add all other ingredients and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish.
