This is a cocktail I created for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. This cocktail was made for a large event. Not only is it a great way to beat the heat but if you are serving multiple guests you can pre-make a lot of this cocktail for fast easy service.
In an empty mason jar add a handful of fresh garden mint and simple syrup. Muddle gently and then fill the jar with crushed ice. Add the bourbon and tea. Stir to mix. Garnish with the mint topper and lemon wheel.
