European twist on the Kentucky classic, inspired by my recent love affair with Jenever.
40ml Ketel One Jenever
10ml Luxardo Maraschino
15ml honey water
12 - 15 x mint leaves
1 x dash Dr Adam's Bokers Bitters
1 x spritz of atomised La Fee Bohemien Absinthe
Build all ingredients in a tin can.
Add cracked ice. Churn.
Garnish with mint bush, liquorice allsort 'kebab' and a spritz of absinthe from atomiser.
