About this Cocktail

This is and original drink put together randomly at work..

Ingredients:
  • 1oz Pineapple Ciroc
  • 1 1/2 oz Kiwi Bols Liqueur
  • 4-6 Mint Leaves
  • 3-4 Pineapple Chunks
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Ting
Preparation:

Muddle pineapple and mint together in a shaker tin.. Add ingredients except Ting.. Shake with ice and double strain into high ball glass over fresh ice.. Too with ting and garnish with lime wedge.
