About this Cocktail
6 oz Flor de CaÃ±a extra dry white rum
4 oz honey mix
2 oz lime juice
2 oz Marie Brizard Peach
0.5 lb chopped pineapple
1 cup tightly packed mint leaves
8 drops tiki bitters
Everything goes into a blender. Top with crushed ice. Blend as you will.
Should yield ~4 cocktails.
Honey mix: 1:1 honey:water syrup.
