About this Cocktail

A very simple twist on an Old Skool classic, adding coffee to the traditional chocolate

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Cognac
  • 15ml Creme de Cacao
  • 10ml Galliano Ristretto
  • 25ml Single Cream
  • Dash Dr Adam Elmegirab's Aphrodite Bitters
  • Dusting of nutmeg
Preparation:

Shake first five ingredients and double strain into a chilled coupe. Dust with nutmeg.
