1oz lemon juice
.5oz raspberry syrup
.25oz John D Taylor's Velvet Falernum
1 dash Rothman & Winter Creme de Violette
Raspberry syrup: Macerate equal parts (by weight) fresh raspberries and sugar in a sealed plastic bag for about 24hrs until completely liquid. Squeeze out of the bag into a fine strainer and discard the pulp.
Shake all the ingredients. Double strain into a coup and add a lemon twist.
