About this Cocktail
Mojito is a traditional Cuban highball. Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling water, and mint.

2 sprigs of tender mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 oz white rum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 1/2 club soda
Muddle 1 mint sprig in bottom of highball glass with syrup and lime juice. Add rum and bitters. Top with club soda. Stir. Garnish with remaining sprig of mint.
