Classic Cocktail Recipe (Difford)
Lightly muddle mint leaves in glass. Add rich sugar syrup, lime juice, rum and fill half the tall glass with crushed ice. Stir until all is mixed well. Top with Club Soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
