About this Cocktail
This funky, slightly vegetal version comes from The PDT Cocktail Book.
1 oz rich Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)
1 oz aged rum (El Dorado 5 Year)
1 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
8 mint leaves
Mint sprig garnish
Gently smack mint leaves and add the other ingredients. Shake over cracked ice and double-strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
