My original cocktail for Wish Bar & Lounge, in San Francisco.
Ingredients:

3/4 oz Antica Carpano

3/4 oz Cynar

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 pinch Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Stirred over ice, strained into a chilled coupe, lemon peel garnish.
