Rhubarb Tea Spirit & Hangar 1 Spiced Pear Vodka
Play nicely with hints of Benedictine, Lavender, and Grapefruit

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Art in the Age Rhubarb Tea Spirit
  • 1 oz. Hangar 1 Spiced Pear Vodka
  • .75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 Bar spoon Benedictine
  • 3 dashes Bar Keep Organic Lavender bitters
Preparation:

Glass: Chilled Coupe glass

Method: Build all ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice and shake 8 seconds. Double strain up into a chilled coupe stem glass

Garnish: Express essential oils from a Ruby Red Grapefruit swath
