About this Cocktail
Aperitif I made to go with scallops, risotto,peas, and Meyer lemon.
3/4 oz. Plymouth Navy Strength
1/2 oz. Meyer lemon
1/4 oz. green Chartreuse
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Top with Dr. Browns cel-ray soda
Add all in a highball and stir vigorously
Garnish with a Meyer lemon wheel.
