About this Cocktail

Aperitif I made to go with scallops, risotto,peas, and Meyer lemon.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz. Plymouth Navy Strength
  • 1/2 oz. Meyer lemon
  • 1/4 oz. green Chartreuse
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Top with Dr. Browns cel-ray soda
  • Add all in a highball and stir vigorously
  • Garnish with a Meyer lemon wheel.
