About this Cocktail

Made for the Bournemouth bartenders league first competition.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml monkey shoulder
  • 15ml apricot liqueur
  • 30ml freshly squeezed orange
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:

All shaken and double strained into a coupette and garnished with an orange zest twist like a monkey's tail.
