    What is rittenhouse? Sounds good.

Rittenhouse is a 100 proof bottled-in-bond rye whiskey. Common choice of brand for rye-based cocktails. Tasty and not too expensive.

Recently has become one of my rediscovered favorites. Just made one with Redemption rye. So simple and perfect on a fall night.

First tried this at beretta sf. Good sipper

Personal preference- half oz Bene, 3 dash Ango, build in glass like an Old Fashioned, stirred on a big 2x2 cube, lemon zest. Nit picky, I know but that's how my brain works.

Made this with Redemption and loved it!!

Love this cocktail! My fave bartender made me a variation on this with an aged rum, Benedictine, and molè bitters.

I just added this. I feel stupid for not catching it here already as I hate doubling. I'll take solace in that mine is a slight variant with the Redemption Straight Rye, I suppose.

@Nick one of my favorite drinks! Your specs are slightly different too. Variations = good. Will def try with Redemption.

Never heard of this, but a great drink! I like your measurements, but subbed lavender for angostura bitters.
