About this Cocktail

Made to pair with Harbison Cheese from Jasper Hill Farms

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 Belle di Brillet
  • 3/4 Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • 1 oz dry Cava
  • Black Lava Salt
  • Mortar & Pestle
  • Lemon wedge
Preparation:

Grind down salt using a mortar & pestle. Rim a champagne flute with lemon then dip in finely ground lava salt. Combine Belle and Sherry. Stir. Add to flute. Top with Cava.
