Moroccan daiquiri

About this Cocktail

I found it a bit hard to get booze in Morocco. Quite a shame. A drink to celebrate the beginning of spring.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 ounce light rum
  • 3/4 ounce dark rum
  • 1 ounce fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 ounce orangecello
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • 1 small handful mint leaves
Preparation:

Muddle mint, sugar, cardamom, and orange juice. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a glass tumbler with ice. Garnish with fresh mint. Drink and think of all the juke joints . . .
