About this Cocktail
I created this cocktail for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. A classic island drink made a little more Southern. Perfect way to beat that summer heat.
1.5 oz. Popcorn Sutton Moonshine
.5 oz. Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
.5 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1 ratio)
.5 oz. Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
.5 oz. Freshly squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Housemade Orgeat Syrup
3 drops of orange water
Shake everything in a mixing tin with ice until cold. Strain into a crushed ice filled highball glass. Garnish with an orange-blackberry flag.
