About this Cocktail

On the menu at Small Brewpub in Dallas, TX.

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces of Banana-Infused Brandy
  • 1 bar spoon Cardamom Gum Syrup
  • 1 bar spoon Borghetti
  • 2-3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Herbsaint-Rinsed Cocktail Glass
  • Lemon Peel Garnish
Preparation:

Stir and strain into Herbsaint-rinsed cocktail glass. Garnish with banana-shaped lemon peel.
