My lady inspires me to push my skills with Tequila cocktails. Here she is..
1.75 oz Casa Nobles tequila
.5 oz lavender tequila syrup
6 drops coriander bitters (Bittercube)
Fresh sage garnish
First the lavender tequila syrup. I made this using half a quart of fresh water with half a quart sugar. Add two ounces of fresh lavender buds and add to a pot to simmer. Once you've got a light simmer going, stir gently and add 2 oz of tequila (I used casa nobles). Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate and use!
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir, fine strain in to a coupe and garnish with sage.
