About this Cocktail
I just bought a bottle of Noyau de Poissy and really wanted to make a cocktail with it. For your consideration, the Navy Sour.
1.5 oz Leopold's Navy Strength American Gin
0.5 oz Noyau de Poissy
1 tsp rich syrup, 1:1
1 egg, white of
0.5 lemon, juice of
1 bar spoon heavy cream
In mixing glass, add syrup, juice, gin, Noyau, egg white, and cream. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake like a motherfucker. Double strain into sour glass or other short glass. Several drops of bitters on top.
