About this Cocktail

From Dre at Max Fish in CT. Smooth like the other side of the pillow. Hints of smoke with lovely sweetness.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Don Julio Anejo
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1 oz Aperol
Preparation:

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass and serve over a single ice ball.

    I'd run out of Anejo (should be a crime) and then discovered my Lillet Blanc had oxidised. So made it with a Tapatio Reposado, Lillet Rose and Aperol. Still delicious!

    Excellent cocktail. Smooth and refreshing enough for summer day drinking. Great spin on a negroni.

    Very good Negroni variation. Lighter but with all the right properties.. I had to improvise another version today using Tequila, Campari and Pedro Ximenez Sherry. Worked well.
