A slight variation on the classic Negroni. I substituted the sweet vermouth with Cynar and then added two dashes of Dr Adam's Dendelion and Burdock bitters.
1.5oz Hendricks Gin
2 dashes Dr Adams Dandelion and Burdock bitters
Add ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, stir 40 revs, strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large, single ice cube.rub the glass' rim with lemon zest for aroma. Garnish with a think lemon wedge.
