Final drink of the night at June’s Cocktail Club at the Good Spirits Co in Glasgow. A ginless variation on a white negroni.
25ml Sweetdram Escubac
25ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
12.5ml Gabriel Boudier Créme de Pêche de Vigne
1 dash of saline solution
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. No Garnish.
