About this Cocktail

Spring Summer cocktail menu at Blackbird. Showing off Singani in a light bright floral cocktail.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5oz Tomato Infused Cocchi Americano
  • 1oz Singani 63
  • .25 Pamplemousse
  • .25 Sauvignon Blanc
  • Barspoon cinnamon syrup
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in glass, add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Serve in chilled coupe.
