About this Cocktail
This fantastic Old Fashioned variation was created by head bartender Micke Karlsson at Little Quarter in Stockholm for the European Absolut Invite 2013, where he by one point finished first runner up.
1 2/3 oz Absolut Elyx or Absolut 100
2/3 oz pommeau
Barspoon rock candy syrup
1 dash Peychaud's
orange twist optional
Stir with ice. Strain into tumbler with one large piece of ice.
