About this Cocktail
Originally by Dan Greenbaum at the Beagle in NYC. Had at Ravens Club in Ann Arbor.
1.5 ounce Calvados
0.75 ounce Madeira
0.5 ounce BÃ©nÃ©dictine
0.25 ounce Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an apple peel and freshly grated nutmeg.
