My take on a classic Morning glory fizz perfect for Christmas time!
40ml Wolfburn Whisky
20ml Spiced Clementine sherbet
25ml Lemon juice
20ml Egg white
1 dash of Absinthe
50ml soda water
Shake and double strain into a goblet glass, adding the soda first to the glass. Garnish with an Orange peel and Star Anise.
