2 oz Laphroaig 10 year
3-4 dashes chocolate bitters
1/4 oz chipotle simple syrup
Build on ice, stir, strain. No garnish.
(Syrup: to 1.25 cups cold water add 1 dried chipotle chile (not chile in adobo sauce). Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, leave 5 minutes. Remove pepper, add 1 cup demerara sugar.)
