About this Cocktail
This isn't an original and I can't seem to find the source. We just honed the recipe a touch.
.75 oz. Laphroaig 10 year Scotch
1 oz. St. Germain
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Jerry Thomas or Clove Bitters
1 Egg White
Dry/wet shake with ice and double-strain into a chilled coupé. Garnish with 1 Star Anise.
