About this Cocktail

Original cocktail at Gunshow.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Vida mezcal
  • 2 oz cucumber + Shishito pepper agua Fresca
  • 1 oz bitter lemon tonic
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple
  • 1/2 oz cloosterbitter
  • 4 drops 1821 chili lime bitters
Preparation:

Cucumber and pepper agua Fresca.

You will need 4 cucumbers, 100 grams Shishito peppers, 10 grams tarragon, 1/2 tsp vitamin c powder.

Blister your peppers over a fire and set aside. Peel and remove seeds from cucumbers and juice. Add peppers, cucumbers, tarragon and vitamin c to blender and blend. Cheese cloth strain and then fine strain your blend. Enjoy!
