This i am told is the only uniquely Bulgarian cocktail. The name means "cloud" and after drinking a few the reason becomes apparent. Some places serve an ice cream version so I have left that in as an optional. Call that a fluffy cloud perhaps?
50ml Mastika (or ouzo)
50ml Menta (or creme de menthe)
50ml vanilla ice cream (optional)
Both ingredients were stored in a freezer long enough for ice crystals to form. Alternatively just stir well in an ice filled mixing glass and strain into a chilled glass neat. If using the ice cream I suggest a blender. Nazdrave
