About this Cocktail

A riff on the classic Singapore Sling created by Ngiam Tong Boon; Raffles Hotel, Singapore (Circa 1915)
Using Hangar 1 Fraser River Raspberry and other modifiers

  • 1 oz. Hangar 1 Frasier River Raspberry
  • .5 oz. Cherry Heering Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
  • .25 oz. Drambuie
  • .75 oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • .75 oz. POM Wonderful Pomegranate/Cherry juice
  • .25 oz. Vinaigre De Cidre (Huilerie Beaujolais from Rare Tea Cellars)
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lime juice
  • 2 dashes of The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
  • Batch all the booze and the Vinaigre together to make execution easier

Glass: Footed fancy glass

Method: Build all ingredients in a shaker tin, add KD ice and shake hard for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a iced Collins glass. Build a bit of crushed ice on top.

Garnish: crushed ice bowl dashed with Peychaud’s bitters and garnished with a luxardo cherry and spanked mint leaf
